If you want a break from walking or soaking up the scenery,
then we are ideally situated to visit many of the attractions in the locality.
 
The market towns of Chepstow and Monmouth are only 8 miles away.
 On route to Chepstow you can visit Tintern Abbey, Tintern Station and Parva Vineyard.
A trip to Monmouth could include any of the valleys to view the industrial past.
 The Forest of Dean with its many attractions like Clearwell Caves,
Beechenhurst Lodge Visitor Centre and many arts & crafts centres.

If fishing is your sport, we border one of the prime sections of the River Wye for salmon fishing.
The new season begins on 3rd March and runs until 17th October 2010.
