All prices are per person and include a Full English Breakfast

Bed and Breakfast - £35
Based on 2 people sharing,
 staying two or more nights.


A single/one night stay supplement
of £5 will apply.

Special offers and seasonal breaks will be posted
 regularly on the website.

 

Light suppers are available by arrangement.  

Please see Menu for examples.
 

Packed lunches also available on request.

 


Rooms are available from 4pm on day of arrival and will be held until 6pm
 unless alternative arrangements have been made.
 Provisional bookings must be confirmed by a deposit of
£20.00 per room paid by cheque
to Mrs L Farmer. 

In the event of non-arrival or curtailment of your stay,
 we will endeavour to re-let.
However, if this is not possible a charge will be made at full cost.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets or children under 12 years of age.
 
On departure day please vacate your room by 10.30am.
